BAS conceptual framework published

The Board for Actuarial Standards (BAS) has published a document containing exposure drafts of its conceptual framework and scope and authority. This is part of the BAS project to develop a new structure for actuarial standards.
The drafts have been developed following the BAS consultation on the paper, Towards a Conceptual Framework, which ended in January 2008. The deadline for responses to the exposure draft is 23 May 2008.
